Sorry for another thread on tyre pressures, but i'm really confused.

I've got a 2006 BMW 318Ci M Sport Convertible and was wondering what is the best tyre pressures for the car?

I've got brand new Bridgestone Potzena REO50A

Best to use the BMW reccomended pressures. Its on the sticker on the drivers door shut. Remember it in BAR not PSI
