glad we agree. The only problem I can think of is that in the current configuration (no pun intended) the load (current) through the cables is shared whereas if you were to reconfigure to use series batteries the current would be the full CCA. I suspect CSA of the link cables is the same as the CSA of the to the starter mootor. Maybe, just maybe I'll convert to 2x6v batteries when I get mine back on the road. Head gasket failed after changing the radiator. Presumably I didn't bleed the system properly. I'll probably be searching for help on that soon. Different thread though.
