Hi currently have a 2007 335i which have probably spent the best part of £12k in modifications and paintwork! I'm just gauging what it would be worth as considering selling it and getting M4!
The work carried out is turbo's done at around 80k by previous owner with injectors as well. Car currently on around 105k. The work I've then had done is new Full stainless steel custom exhaust with all cats deleted and VRSF downpipes, solid charge pipe, Kompact twin recirculation values, twin BMS air intake, VRSF 7" intercooler, Devilsown meth kit into the charge pipe. Bimmerlife coils and 3 stage cooler NGK spark plugs, single mass flywheel with 550i clutch plate. Recently dyno;d at 440BHP. Then bodywork and suspension work is full Then bodywork and suspension work is full uprated to M3 bushes and arms, lowered on adjustable front and rear, front and rear disks uprated to tarox discs with yellowstuff pads, Braided hoses front and rear. Bodywork has M2 style bumper and GTR M3 style bonnet. Had Nano Tech polish applied to paintwork and in excellent condition. Probably missed something off lol.

Only reason is I'm toying with idea of selling and getting M4 or putting more money into this and getting a pair of uprated turbo's to take it to 600bhp and the having diff done as well. InkedIMG_20190414_172532_LI.jpg

You ain't going to get back anything like what you spent on it in my opinion. Modified cars can be worth more money than standard but only to the right person. Personally I'd hang on to it and get your money's worth out of it.

Your best hope for a decent price is to advertise it on the specialist websites and magazines. Don t even think of going near a dealer with it a lot won’t want it and those that do will offer you trade. I’d keep it it sounds like a fantastic project.

I'm curious as to what makes you want an M4? From how you've described it this car should be as fast if not faster than an M4 and probably not far off in terms of handling either (with an LSD!), plus it has unique factor, so why sell unless you have to? Get the diff fitted and hang on to it is what I'd do as you'll struggle to get £12k for it, nice as it is.
