After many months searching and travelling silly miles to look at what turned out to be either non-sports advertised as sports or pretty ropey/nikasil examples , I eventually found the right car at a BMW Specialist in Cheshire . I specifically wanted a car made after wk11 1998 also .
The car was sourced for a customer who it turned out couldn't afford it , This was good news for me
The original bill of sale for this car in 1998 was £34979 from Mill BMW .

MARCH 2011

So For the last 10 Months I've been loving the sport , but really haven't got round to doing that much as Its my daily driver and I've not had the time to do the mods I've been planning , I wanted to go down the OEM+ route with this one (sort of...) so spent the last few weeks getting everything into place and seeing as the car is fairly clean (due to no rain for 4days here !!!) thought I'd take the opportunity to take a few pics as It stands now ....

How did you smoke the indicators? they match the headlights so perfect this is the overall finish i am wanting.

The corner splitters suit it, I used to have them on mine but they didn't last long before the road devoured them!

Will look even better once it's hit with the lowering stick!

To be honest they're just a set off ebay , thought I'd get them to see how they look and I'm well happy with them

Cheers Mate , I think the corner splitters will be a problem once its dropped , but as it sits haven't had them catch so far :thumbsup

I'm just gonna get the centre of each door card done and keep it two-tone , black/red , the pics make it look really bright (think its the flash on the camera), the leather is more oxblood/Burgundy in colour :hihi
