My 635D is now on 115k and still going strong and I plan to keep it for another year .
I’ve owned it from 75 k and maintain it myself .
Does anyone know the life of the aux drive belt and is it worth removing the DPF and having it cleaned at this mileage ?

Ive noticed engine temp is not going beyond 87 oC , I assume the stats are on their way out again .

Over the years it’s has new thermostats , glowplugs and controller , throttle valve and gearbox oil /solenoids changed.

Just changed mine on 115k a lot of tapping noise so they needed it. Great car bought in November 20 and I’ve spent £1500 on it getting it straight and remapped 350bhp and runs like a peach had gearbox services all the aux pulleys etc done full service and sorted the dreaded leak problem
