535ise consequences of driving with brake sticking

hi hope someone can help my rear offside brake is binding on so much it smells :frown but i have to drive tomorrow can anyone tell me wht the worst could be ??? cheers gents

Worst is that your discs and pads will be eaten alive :frown

How far do you have to drive?

pry away mate, i have an interview mate at 9 o clock of all times not even enough time to get someone to look at it in the morning or arrange o hire car which is a good idea though cheers guess i will just have to take it steady and hope it rains to keep everything cool

good luck with the job :)
try and drive a bit more defensively than normal...try and coast up to roundabouts using the gearbox to slow down,rather than braking.
its a pita,i know...just sorted my nsf brake caliper.

I've driven a car with a stuck caliper before...

All that happened was the disc was FAR to hot to touch, then pad's started smoking when stopped, and the disk also turned a slight shade of blue.

I wouldn't worry to much, if you have to do it mate, then do it.

Worst comes to worst, you will need to replace disc's and pad's ! Not overly expensive.
