hi,can anyone point me to a site on how to remove the inlet manafold?,got it loose but it just dont wont to cum out!,i just cant sus out whats holding it.

They are a ******* mate have you removed throttle housing? There is a 16mm nut which is hard to see bolted to the block. Only can see when throttle body removed.
