2008 318d n47 no boost low revs

Good morning all

2008 318d n47 143bhp

Looking for advice on 4530 boost pressure actuator regulation pressure to low.

I keep getting this error come up every couple days I clear it and it disappears but always comes back. Car has been remapped and recently serviced. I have tried to check all boost pipes and vac pipes the best I can. Is there anywhere that is common to split?

The cars mpg is quite crap in my eyes I know its a heavy car and small engine but I do a 20 mile commute to work and getting around 38/40 mpg.

Any idea's?

Thanks in advance

No one?

I can the hear the electronic turbo actuator moving when I unlock the car it is also moving when ignition is on and not started.

Car is also very slow for what it is and the main reason I got it mapped.

Seems to be low down boost that is the problem.
