330d F30, air intake at idle doubles after accelerating hard

Could anyone help me diagnose this? Surely it's a bad remap (I'm unknown to if it is remapped) but the EML only started happening after changing the air filter. But if I accelerate aggressively (from around 20mph) the requested air intake doubles, so does the turbo speed which is the bit I'm worried about. But cycling the ignition off and on fixes it until I drive aggressively again. Upon getting it looked at for leaks the garage said they smoke tested it with no leaks. Photo 1 is idle, photo 2 is idle after the issue has occured. If I turn the engine off with the error amecurt the 'HFM Air Flow' stays at 67kg/hr. The other photos are from errors and error memory. But what could possibly cause the air intake to literally double at idle speed?

So theirs a slight update, when the issue is present the egr control value % is -14, and the egr target value is -10%.i read on another forum someone had this same issue and error when the coolant hit 60c. They said they changed the air filter and it fixed it? I've tried that one. Just revved it in park as the issue was there at 66c coolant temp, and the air intake when back to normal and the EGR is functioning.

Another update; lambda sensor (from LSU) 0 read 4.x and lambda sensor (from LSU) 1 reads a constant 0. Any ideas? No errors to the lambda sensors.

ive had a remap where more fuel was being added at the top end,so air would need to match it etc,i had it data logged, with ista while driving from an indy specialist, then sent to jason at bwchiptune,he diagnosed to much fuel etc etc, would go into limp mode at 130 mph with foot flat to the board,,ps it was a map from jason which he got a touch wrong, but instead, like many tuners who would fob you off, recognised and fixed..
