Apologies if posted before, did a search to no real avail.

I've got a 2008 E90 330d M Sport and wondering why I can't find any option/setting to make my folding mirrors auto fold on locking.

Anyone got any clues/advice?

As far as I can tell, BMWs never had this option and people were using aftermarket kits. You may want to double check with your dealer though, as it might have changed for the newer models.

you should be able to ask the BMW dealer to program your key/car to have the mirrors fold when it's locked

That's interesting as it's not an option within the i-drive menu.

Not avaliable mine's 58plate e93 330ci sport with folding mirrors not an option.
