Hi, just bought an E90 2006 330d with bluetooth prep, it has the professional radio system. Just wondering if anyone know of which phones are compatibile?? Maybe a list somewhere?? I hae a HTC desire but it doesn't seem to connect when the car is searching? Can anybody tell me if it should work or am I just doing something wrong???

Also follow the instructions in the handbook to the letter. Most cars only enable paring for a few seconds after being turned on, and the phone must be on and searching as you turn on the keys.

That is the way I described. Get the searching active before turning on the car, not essential but it helps.

Also on the X5, you need the driver's seatbelt plugged in (for some reason) so give that a go too.

E90 is straight forward...just put your phone in search mode and the car in pairing mode on the Prof unit (non-idrive). See video below...
