Hi guys, I'm quite new to the forum. I require your assistant as this is my last resort.

I have a BMW e90 320d SE auto on a 56reg, which came up with the dreaded engine management light on randomly after a long motor way journey. I have had it scanned using a a cheap generic scanner which confirms a fault code of P3263? Any ideas what this is? As I was worried it might be a MAF however I have had this cleaned and the code erased but the same code pops up after 2 weeks of driving? It's quite strange.. Sometimes I do notice a sluggish in power and the auto box can take its time to shift gears?.

Any help would be fully appreciated guys. Thanks

Hi thanks for your post.

Yeah so you reckon an advance kit will give more in dept info in regards to the problem?

Is it a major job getting the swirl flaps sorted?

I see, well I've reset the light with the generic reader, once it comes on again which I am sure it will. I shall get it checked on advance kit. Also any ideas if it could be related to oxygen sensor? As when I put my foot down I do notice black smoke .. Is this normal? 66k has been serviced etc
