Hi guys had new tyres fitted yesterday to my 330i however the rear 18" MV3 is cracked and am now left with 3 new non runflats and one runflat with a cracked alloy!! not a good combo and totally undrivable.

I will try the dealers tomorrow I have full bmw insured warranty the car is 5 years old next month with 42k full service history from bmw but I am not holding out high hopes, would not be so bad if we had a space saver to use in the interim period so much for runflats !!

anyway if anyone been in similar situtation or can sell or lend me a wheel until I can source one I would be very grateful I am based in kent.. Or anyone know of a good alloy welder in kent??

cheers guys

You can get them welded by a wheel specialist. Had one of mine done within 24 hours, unfortunately in the Midlands. Make sure whoever does it cuts out the stressed area, otherwise it will return.

UPDATE: BMW are going to supply me FOC a new alloy under the goodwill gesture. I still have to pay for the runout test, tyre and balance at around £70 + vat.
Took a while to get to that desicion but got there in the end anyone else in similar situtaion don't give up they are clearly at fault.
