Mines a 55 plate e91 so would be the same I’m guessing? Just want a temporary solution while I get the parts to sort the AC compressor out, thanks

Ok, I will go have a look at the size and message back. The PAS pump is not too bad if you have the special tool to do it.

So you say your AC compressor has a clutch on it and not the bakerlit black pully?

Yes same as mine, that is not a clutch pully as you mentioned in your first post. Your ac pump is engaged all the time and has a variable swash plate to adjust demand.

What is wrong with your ac pully?

Right online, they are calling them a clutch pulley.? do you have a part number for the one you have? My one is making a horrible noise started as a sound like hydraulic taping noise turned into more of a knocking noise..

Its not a center bolt it is the main shaft of the compressor. You will need to grip the pulley very tight and turn the shaft anti clockwise. I have never tried this on the car. When I removed a pulley on my old damaged ac pump to take it apart I removed the compressor from the car held the pully with the drive belt around the pully tight and secured in a vice and turned the shaft with a small socket.

I think you will find it hard to grip the pully to stop it turning while it is still on the car, can not remember how much room there is. I suspect to nip it free after all this time will be difficult.

To be honest about the pulley, I am uncertain what you listed above is the correct one, it looks the same and they are referred to as magnetic clutch pulley. I know for fact there is no solenoid to engage or disengage your pulley as its fixed. I did not smash one open to look inside. There maybe different types of this pulley for different models.

Did it work with 6pk1675 or 6pk1690? Which one is better? I have the same problem with my ac bearing whining.

As I said above I used 6PK1675 and it was prefect I worked out the correct length by measuring it. The larger size above is only slightly bigger and the slack would be taken up by the belt tensioner.
