Hello all

Just had an apline head unit (CDE103BTI) fitted in my E90 320d m sport on the weekend.
I was told the feed is live all the time which is fine, but whenever I turn off the stereo I seem to lose all my settings bass, treble etc just returns back to the default. It should save them.

Anyone know why this could be?Are there any workarounds?

not too sure about the way round it, as i think its just a fault with the unit, my husband has the same problem with his, but luckily it doesn't do it too frequently.

Stereo problem

Mine is doing it every time i turn it off.
My parking sensors have also stopped working since I had the head unit fitted, not sure if this is related though.

I would go back to the fitter because it sounds like the unit is could be faulty if the feed to it is live all the time, which keeps the settings Sukh. You have lost park distance because it was coded to your original head unit.
