At last i've finally sourced some 130i Msport brakes...full set including discs, pads, carriers and callipers from a 2007 car with 14k on clock.

The plan is this afternoon to get busy and change the front overs.

I will post some pics of before during and after.

I have one question.....is the brake line connection a banjo type?

Brakes are on and looking good.

All went very well apart from a few brake fluid spillages.

The difference in size is quite significant.

One concern I have .......my 16" space saver only just fits now so i'll have to invest in a 5mm spacer to offset it should I ever need it.

Brakes feel more progressive bite is good.

Pad surface area is quite a lot bigger.

run to work this morning was first real test.

Brakes work excellent and look a million dollars
