hi can someone confirm if i need to worry/do anything re swirl flaps i have a 2005 330d m sport cab, i have looked at a lot of the threads but i cant be sure if my model is affected - thanks

No, It was late 2004 around november time i believe. My car is a few days older than yours and had the older edible flaps and also the older breather filter.
