bit tricky to fit removing the lamda sensor and getting the bots from the back of the turbo undone, but once the old cat is off its a lot easier to fit the new decat pipe. All you need is a socket set, 15mm offset ring spanner and i found using a 15mm flexy ratchet spanner really helpful too.

chears daybow for the advice (got a flexy ratchet spanner loads easier) bit tricky but you were right great mod .
