So I have two 330d tourings, one has done over 200k (original fuel pump turbo and injectors) the other just over 130k. I want to remove the satin black trim from the A, B and C posts, (basically the vertical trim at the back edge of each door beside the window and the same just before the rear side window) and replace this with piano black. I don't want to paint it, vinyl wrap it or anything else I want to take it off one car and put it on the other.

Has anyone done this, how do I get it off without breaking it?

The horizontal bits and gutter I've done, easy swap, it's the vertical bits I need to do, back of front door, front of back door and the bit in front of the rear side window.

Managed to reveal the screws for the two smaller upright trims by removing rubber, still stock on two wider centre ones as it hasnt revealed any screws, the rear smaller ones on touring screws are under outside rubber on one and the other you need to remove plastic upright trim on inside of door
