:frownI have got a BMW fitted Nav and TV screen and recently all the speakers have just totally stopped working! All that I have now is the front passenger speaker! I have been told that it may be the actual BMW amp? Any advice/experiences?

It could be the amp or the radio module. Try pulling fuses 7 and 41 for 10 miutes and then reconnecting.
