I have just had to fill my windscreen washer bottle and the water is leaking out by the passenger side front wheel at a steady pace, is this a big job to replace ?

Nope. Easy to get to by just removing several bolts holding the arch liner and you can see it. The pump is a push-fit at the bottom of the reservoir - there is a simple washer sealing it and it perished on mine. The actual washer was the same size as a tap washer I already had in my 'plumbing box'.........

If the reserviour itself leaks (unlikely) some gum or Araldite may fix it?

and we trying to stop him getting rid of his 6 .

search ebay for bmw 6series washer bottle .comes up with about 8 items for a tenner or so
