Well guys when I bought the car the tracking wasn't right, so I had it done.

They did four wheel laser alignment. Unfortunately this hasn't cured it.

Symptoms:

At high speeds (motorway speeds) the car tramlines
At low speeds on town roads the car wanders (steering wheel constantly pulls)

Is this definitely tracking? Or could it be down to tyres or suspension bushes?

Thanks

At BMW or one of those crappy 4 wheel alignment centres?? Have seen tracking figures from other 4wheel alignment centres and there set up figures weren't same as BMW's. But all bushes, arms, ball joints and tyre depths and pressures req checking before carrying out alignment.

What tyres did you replace them with?

This is disappointing as I was considering getting the Falken FK452 when mine need replacing!

could be the lower arm bush needs doing...and maybe new arms due to excess wear of the ball joints.
the rear of the car can affect the steering too...have the rear bushes checked as well
