hi there,im jim and am thinking of purchasing the 730d, around 03-05,is there anything i should know about this model??,any known problems ? what would i expect on a motor way run at 80 - 90 mph? are there plenty of good independants to keep the cost down,? ie if i drive goes is there cheap ways of getting replacement parts,thanx in advance for any replies,i currently run the volvo d5, its an excellent motor,and is very reliable regards jim

Hi Jimmy welocme to the club

I run an 05 530d and regularly get 33mpg during 80 90 runs. hope that helps a wee bit. Red
