I have tried looking under oil but can't find any info

I have bought 8 litres of fully synthetic castrol magnetec 5-30w is this ok to use or do i have to go for 0-40w

it would be my luck to do damage to the engine so i thought i'd better check :confused

no mention of those codes does say ok for fords!

it would probably be ok, but if it was me I'd take it back and exchange it for something approved for BMW use.
