I have recently bought the car and I need to replace a rear wheel bearing.How difficult is this to do? Does it need specialist tools? Any help appreciated.:thumbsup

Hi mate,

having a hydraulic press would make life easier but if you don't have one- a big hammer, drifts/large deep sockets ans some chisels would do the job.

Just bash the crap out of the old beraing and then carefully knock the new bearings in.................but be careful not to damage the inner hub bearing contact surface when hammering.
