Hi all,

A friend has a 318 Auto Saloon and we would like to change the gear gaiter. I took out the old one and know how to do it but found that the plastic frame is broken. I had a search around but can't seem to find where to source this from & my local BMW parts dept is closed at the moment. Any ideas of the part number, cost and where I can get it from please? :confused

Also he has a new aftermarket leather gaiter (elastic bottom) to fit. Is this going to look inferior if I stick it to the frame or if I tuck it underneath should it be OK? The gaiter itself is fine but the bottom on new one looks a bit shabby!

Hi thanks for your quick reply but the prices appear like that is for the gaiter leather, whereas I mean the plastic frame it attaches to (inside) which has broken? Do you have a part number and price for that please?
