Is there someone out there that knows where one can get a SatNav rerpaired, Unit is a Phillips CD MK2 or MK3 not sure which?

Has it stopped reading cd's?, I brought a replacement drive from these guys http://www.navigatie-onderdelen.nl/...ath=/Shops/62938134/Categories/Loopwerken/BMW and fixed my dvd based nav that stoppped reading dvd's myself in my X5

I aggree, could just need a clean with a lens cleaner disc if thats the issue. What's the actual problem?
