Would i be right in thinking that if my cabin fan is blowing cold air, but is set to say, 20'c, then my hedgehog would be at fault?

Recently changed the thermostat and bled out all the air, but this seems to randomly blow cold air and isnt heating up (IN the car) as well as it did....not the same symptoms as the thermostat....

What happens if you turn the heater off, then turn it back on again, does it blow hot for a short period then cool down? If yes then it needs bleeding correctly.
