hi, just wanted to know what could be the possible fault if my climate control on my e46 318 petrol 1999, is always blowing constant hot air, i could set the temperature at 16 or 32 but the heat is the same, even when i put my a/c on it is blowing out hot air, thanks

Let's isolate the heater valve first...see HERE. Item no. 4 is your valve, so see if you can verify the solenoid on it works, because I don't think it is closing the flaps inside.
