Hi,
Hope you can help me here! The sun-roof has jammed on the tilt & turn mechanism. There is power to the motor but it will not close or show any sign of movement whatsoever. We have tried moving it manually with the allum key and that dosent work either. With unpredictable British Weather, the car is now garaged till this is sorted. The car is 10 years old but with low milage & otherwise in great condition but I would like to avoid any really expensive repairs due to its age!

Any ideas guys?

Did you try removing the sunroof motor and then seeing if the sunroof could be made to move at all?
