1999 e36 coupe, the n/s window was working fine yesterday but today, its not.
if i use the switch, i can hear the relay clicking, also with the door open if i press the switch in the lock the relay clicks. but the window doesnt move.
any common issues? what should i look for?
fuses are ok the o/s works fine.

i had the same problem with my coupe, 1 day it works, the next it doesnt. it was the motor that had packed up. you can get a decent 1 from any bm breakers, im sure they are not that expensive either. easy to fit aswell!!:thumbsup

I second that, give the door a bang with your fist in the vicinity of the motor area, it should start working again, it will be a dead patch/poor contact on the motor

ronnie, well i gave it a wack and it is working today. cheers for that , so i will be looking for a new motor soon, dont mind it being stuck up but if it was stuck down that would be a real issue!
