Just wondering whats involved as i already have an M20 Solid flywheel thats the same 228mm Stock Diameter.I've done a bit of research and realised that it is possible by fitting a different clutch and bolts etc. but some pics would be great as it would make life easier.

any help or advice would be appreciated.

you either need to machine the back of the m20 flywheel to clear the webs on the block or remove the webs :jaw-dropping
(machine the back of the flywheel makes it lighter:shifty

e30 325 starter motor (early or late i can remember)

e30 325 clutch disk and plate

E21 320 release bearing (i think)
