hi there i was thinking about getting some new bushes all round is it possible to do this job myself or do you need to have it done at a garage and is powerflex the best option thanks alot
The bushes are supplied with their own lube IIRC.what sort of things can we prepare for rym when doing bushes?
the usual, trying to get them out and forcing the new ones back in?

As you have a Compact the rear end set up is different from regular e36s, you have a e30 rear end, the bushes that can go on yours are the Rear Beam Bushes, number 3 here http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?model=CS12&mospid=47452&btnr=33_0999&hg=33&fg=30.hi all.
How do you know when you need a new set of bushes etc?
Im thinking of lowering my car and maybe replacing bushes etc at the same time just because it they might need doing.
Dont think any have been changed in past and my car is 2000 model.
