hello all dont no if anyone came across where my instrument cluster when have the lights on only half lights up the right side dont is this just down to the bulbs or an actual problem with the cluster and roughly does anyone no how many bulbs there are if needed thx

There are a few fat bulbs, cant remember how many but will be the bulbs as the supply is all on the same circuit

okay thx are the clusters a pain to get out or simple do you no

nah quite easy, a few screws to undo, then you have to lever it towards yourself and it will slip out. There is a knack to it. Like I say though - its been a while!

with the cluster you have to turn the steering and roll it out around the steering wheel and towards you. just go slowly and you should be fine.

IIRC there are two 501 capless bulbs that illuminate the instruments :thumbsup

As Steve says, aka sidelight bulbs I believe.
