can one please advice me where to get some decent lowering springs and new lowered shocks. how much shall i lower my car because at the moment is is standard but i have 19" alloys on it!

I have just joined here and want to lower my E36 compact. I think im going for the Coilover kit sold by hottuning on this forum. They are adjustable so you can adjust your ride height. Maybe something to consider. I have 17'' m sport ryms and might go for a 50/40 drop.
