Hi Guys i had a quick look couldnt find anything specific to what i would like to know.

I have done the binnicle test on the guages and they work fine, so i tested the resistances on both fuel sender connections and the one attached to the fuel pump (drivers side) i think is the one at fault cos there is no resistance at all from that one where as i get a reading from the other...

My question is-is the fuel pump and sender one unit with the fuel pump ? or are they seperate?

and if so how is the best way to change it ?

thanks guys )

Comes with the pump :frown

Try removing the pump unit and check the wires under the plastic top that sits in the fuel tank(the bit where the pipes join to)

Also when the pump is out you can check the sender properly, their should be a smooth change in resistance when you move the float up and down slowly
