Rite guys ive got a 1.8 e36 but its a m3 saloon replica and the tyres its got on are 245/40/17 on rear and 235/45/17 on front, but the fronts look far to fat and on full lock rub, and tbh why does a 1.8 need 245 on the rear? cud i go 235/40/17 on the rear and 225/40/17 on front and wud it look rite and drive rite, im gettin told diff info by people who work in tyre places, also the rear wheels are deep dish if that makes any diff in size? thanks for reading.

If they are staggered genuine M3 wheels, they should have 225/45 17 on the front and 245/40 17 on the rear which keeps both wheels the same rolling radius..:thumbsup

Sorry i read it wrong lol.Yes 225 should be on the fronts. As long as 235 fit on the rear then you can give it ago. Some prob put bigger tyres on the rear to make it look better
