Where did you get yours from?

The hub torque is 290NM for the front which helps with longevity.

Rear is 250NM apart from M3 and Compacts

hi thanks for the tightening figures, the first one i got from euro car spares the second from gsf all came with the hub too,
both times they were renewed they last about 8 months then start a drone,at 40 mph, this has started again,so looking for a cure,
i carnt see no marks on the stub axle,
can you change this stub axle in the hub?,or is it a new hub
the strange thing is i did the other front wheel bearing 3 years ago with a euro car part and had no trouble.......

It would be a new hub, stub doesn't come separately, how tight was the hub flange on the stub axle without the nut on and tightened up?

you could always measure the stub axle and inside of the bearing also

Did you fit a new wheel hub with bearings or just bearings on there own?
I have the same car and I suspect front wheel bearings are shot :shifty:
I didn't know it was possible to replace the bearing alone.
Is there any drawback in doing so :confused

In the past I had throubles with cheap wheelbearings on another car.
I ended up with SKF and since then no probs, even intensive track use :D
