My 95 840s been not used much from last March and the wipers are bit slow and sticky almost hesitating.
On the quick wipe there fine.
Any ideas?
Could it be a relay as it dosnt seem to be mecanical.?

I'd be inclined to remove the motor and check how easily the linkage moves, had this on a Audi A3 and it was the linkage seizing up.

Another possibility is that the carbon brushes inside the wiper motor are stuck in their holders and no longer retain firm contact with the commutator. A third that the commutator surface is oxidized due to lack of use.

These two often fix themselves when the car is used again after being in storage.
