Ok, so during the process of upgrading the stock sound system on my BMW, I've come across this connector;

Now I assume that it would be the CD Changer cable, not a stock headunit so cannot be sure, although it runs down the centre console towards the boot. I always thought that the CD Changer ended up in the glovebox with most manufacturers?

The connector is of the 13pin circular type from what I can see. A single pin at the top, with 3 rows of 4 under this.

Can anyone identify this connector, or confirm I am correct?

Cheers,
Steve

Where would be the CD Changer have been located originally?
