I have a standard 320i with the the none digital clock and it looks like a coin tray along side that.

I would like to fit a BMW 7 button on board computer that just has the digital clock and the outside temperature.

Do I have the wiring necessary for this already in place?
Can this be done and how easy is it to do?

Have you had a look to see if there's any wiring behind the coin holder/clock?

I'm not sure how to take it all apart.

I have had the clock out and all I can see is three wires a Red, Brown and white with red stripe wires coming from the clock itself.

if you remove the bottom self(attached to the lighter socket), there should be 2 plugs, one black and one white(i think???). those are the plugs for the obc. the wires that go into the clock are just for the clock.

it comes out by removing the clock and then it takes a bit of force to remove the shelfs.
