Hi, i am wondering if my 1994 E36 M3 (3/94) have the rear subframe reinforcements plates already welded from factory.

I know the 96+ does have them but i am wondering for my 94.

Thanks a lot!

I think all but the earliest 94 M3s had the plates, guess BMW quickly realised there was a problem. When was yours built, should say in the engine bay, or you could just pop under and have a look, you can know for sure then :)

Hope this helps

I'm not sure when the exact date they started with the plates is but that is probably right on the line, sods law on the wrong side of it lol. I would have thought you could tell without dropping the subframe, hopefully a kindly M3 owner can clarify that :)
