Hi guys,

I have a weird problem with my analog heater control. First of all, I can't get any cold air to blow from the fans. It doesn't matter if I turn it fully cold or fully hot, it just keeps blowing hot. Second of all, my buttons for rear window heating, AC and in-car circulation won't work either. Only electronical thing that works is the fan speed and mechanical adjustment for window-feet-face direction.

I have checked all the fuses and looked for loose connections but couldn't find anything... I was thinking maybe the heater control valve got stuck but then why don't the other buttons for rear window heating, AC en in-car circulation work.

I have searched some forums but can't really find an answer to all my problems...

Sounds like the control panel has an internal failure or has a bad earth.

Yep, It sounds like a simple control unit fault caused by the either/or both the heater control unit at the back of your unit or switch blower which is just behind that.

should be numbers 3 & 5 in the pic below...
