Hi Guys,

When I fire the car up on a cold start the car idles fine when parked up, soon as I start driving and come to a junction or lights where I have to stop (very close to my house), the idle is playing up it starts to drop and go back to where it should and eventually settles. Soon as I've driven for about 10 mins and the engine is warmer the car stops and starts without no idle issues at all.

Any ideas why this is happening on cold starts and a remedy please... :thumbsup

How about your idle control valve Mani? Take it off and give it a clean. Maybe your air intake hoses, check them for splits/ cracks.

If it was me id take them right off to check them as sometimes you cant see properly with them still on the car.

Cant think of anything else just now mate.

Yes Mani, i had the same fault on mine, was the intake rubber tube to the throttle valve split!
