I've recently had the blower motor and heater box replaced and now the mechanic can't seem to get any air coming through the face or side vents in the dashboard. There is hot air from the vent at the back of the dash which allows the windscreen to be cleared but when switching to the central vents there is a click but no air throughput.
Any advice which I can take back to him will be most appreciated.

Sounds like he has left something off or not reconnected something properly.

Time for him to retrace his steps

I agree with Ronnie...maybe that actuator has not been connected.
