My Offside Rear Window crashed down inside the door,whilst driving on M25 in driving rain,of course!! The glass has not broken, is this fiddly? I had it happen on an E class, can it be fixed very easily or is a nightmare? I would be very grateful for any info?

Hi all can anyone advise just come home in my e53 2005 my son opened the nsr window but for some reason it has only closed 3/4 way up.It wont open or close from thr front or rear switch or from the key fob any advice thanks in advance pete
