updrade

Hi All, I'm a newbie so be gentle. I have a 2007 E60 and would like to replace the stereo with a double din touchscreen unit, so i can have blue-tooth and satnav. is there any product ie fascia on the market or is this a long winded mod fest? and lastly how would this effect the Idrive...
