    Hi all, new to the forum and my first post. I have a 2007 330d M Sport Coupe and recently had the serpentine belt changed due to failure. Problem I now have is that every time I replace the belt, the tensioner bolt fails. It's a new tensioner so can't work out why. Any help please.
