powdery

Hi guys What could cause a white powdery residue in the radiator of a car (Suzuki Swift Sport 2007 - 30k on clock) It had a full coolant change at 27k 6 months ago and now has a powdery white residue in the rad and the ajoining pipes. Bit stumped at what this could be.
