Hi i have a E46 and was thinking of changing my silver trim to a hi gloss piano black finish, is this possible and if so does anyone know how to do this?

Ive got the aluminium pack in the beemer, carbon bits all over the place so looks like it needs to go...seen the carbon trim bits but not keen on the fact they are mostly just laminated... Anyone seen High Gloss Piano Black trim, my paintshop are tempting me with the prospect... Keen to see if...
